As human resource is paramount in the success of Aquila Flowers, the farm has laid down strategies for improving staff welfare by providing various social resources to its workforce.


Aquila Flowers employs a significant number of locals from Ndabibi area, thus improving their livelihood.


Free housing is offered to our workforce staying on site, and house allowances given to those not resident on site. For employees that are housed on the premises, the farm provides free electricity, clean water and a kitchen garden.

Medical Care

Aquila Flowers runs a dispensary to ensure our workforce is looked after in health issues. Should the need arise, patients are referred to Home Grown Medical Centre and Naivasha District Hospital.

Social Hall

A social hall for activities like meetings, training and other facilities are provided for our employees.


The farm has set aside recreational activities like football, volleyball, cricket and a pool table to encourage relaxation and a healthy competition amongst each other. The Aquila Farm Football Club are the current champions in the Naivasha District League and now playing the Provincial League.


We encourage the development of other vital skills in ou work force by training our employees in First Aid, Safe Use of Pesticides and Quality management.
